Good day!

Mga ka forumates help naman po jan...we had our medical in makti the four of us two days ago, i was diagnosed with thyroid so the dmp requested me to undergo thyroid ultrasonic and i was able to do so, i went to makati med and to my suprised i do have thyroid four to five small cystic. Then my two kids age of four and three was also requested for pulomonary clearance.....it so happen po kasi meh sipon sila nung naka medical kami...

My question

1. For thyroid problem should i go back to dmp and ask for treatment/operation or should i look for specialst who could operate/ treat?
2. Should i inform vo manila that i have thyroid?

Is thyroid inadmissable case for canada? Im so worried na po kasi.... Lalo na for my kids nag alala ako na i pulmon clearance sila.

Any inputs is much appreciated.

Hi. Ano pong meron sa thyroid niyo? Hyper o hypo? Treatable naman with thyroid drugs. In some cases surgery is performed. IMO, I do not think it will cause you inadmissibility, for thyroid issues do not pose as threats to public health ('di naman infectious) and does not necessarily require great amounts of funds to manage. As long as it does not progress to a thyroid storm. Ano po ba sabi ng inyong DMP, perhaps you should ask them what the next step would be? Pero I doubt thyroid issues would be an impediment to your application.

Happy for you, boozer. Mabilis na dapat ang CEM ngayon kasi focus na lang sila sa MI1, at 3 (meron pa bang MI2?), no new incoming batch until 2013.

Thank you butete, natutuwa talaga ako, kasi I just resigned from work, and I was praying na dumating na nga ang ppr. It is stated sa notification na i process nla for 90 days so may i just ask, is it ok to book a flight now for the last week of september, or I should wait for the visa first. Thank you...

It is ok, you don't need to include the old passport, just inform the VO regarding the changes via e-mail and send the new one, it is indicated sa letter na don't include the old passport.....

The way I understood it,the phrase "do not staple and submit.." was taken as one whole sentence.Even my agent confirmed it to me already.It simply means no need to submit old passport.

tanung ko lang po yung visa ko po mag e-expire on november 2, 2012, yung flight ko po to vancouver oct 23, 2012 am.....
consider na po ba ito expire kapag dumating na ako ng nov 23??

I am new here in this forum and hope that someone could enlighten me especially sa mga seniors dito. heres the scenario:
We got our PPR on May 25, and have it send on May 30. All our passports together with our additional newborn baby are submitted even our baby is not yet done with the medical.(as per advice to us by cic) On June 5, MR notice arrived and have the baby medical on June 13, send by the DMP on June 14. My question is; how long will it take to have our passport back with visa? Does the CEM will notify us for an updates? Does it also shows in ECAS if they have receive the medical results of our baby? Coz its been almost a month after the baby is done with the medical and still no updates from CEM. Maybe someone here in this forum has the same scenario with me, please share your timeline/experienced. It would be my great pleasure for an answered query. Thank you and God Bless Us All.
