Photo request with PPR

Hello,

I got a PPR today it says

Passport photos: One Passport size photograph (photographs must
conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and
Appendix B Photo Specifications)

I tried searching online and confused on the photo and size. Can some help me with this.
