Hi there!

I'm a international student who is studying Master by Research degree in UK. I have a good profile right now and expecting a first-class honours degree( 4/4 in Canadian equivalent) when I complete this degree this September. Also I'm publishing in international journals. But, in my undergrad I have 65% along with 10 backlogs. Can I get into a PhD program in Canadian varsity? Please help me as I'm planning to apply by the end of this month.
P.S. I have scored 7.0 in IELTS ACADEMIC, 96 in TOEFL. Will GRE help in my case?

You have a very good academic standing, and I don’t think you need your undergraduate GPA to apply for PHD, as for me you are good to go, GRE will equally boost your chances of getting admitted tho
