So my niece is new to all this student permit/pgwp stuff. What I want to know, is in order to get a pgwp, can it be a certificate program at an accredited college? Or does it have to be a diploma minimum? I keep getting different answers and I really want ro help her out. Any other helpful tips is greatly appreciated.
