I just need some helpful advise from the experienced members here
So my employer have applied for lmia 2 months ago. Same time i applied for wp renewal based on lmia file number
Now its been 2 months and i have seen people waiting from june 2018.
My application was sent to St john NB.
So i am now in my final stages of this crap
I was thinking to apply for student visa but my lawyer is saying to wait for lmia decision or wp decision
If wp gets rejects we will do visitor to buy time and wait for lmia decison and if lmia is rejected then go for student
But i was suggesting to wait on student visa on all cases
So if anyone can guide me or anyone in a similar situation can help me.
