PGP based new PR card not found in mail

One Parent was sponsored via PGP.

At landing, airport officer said card will get mailed to son's current address given BUT a few weeks later IRCC call center says it went to son's address mentioned in COPR sponsor section. Son's address on sponsor section is an older address.

However , 3 weeks after mail date , the card is neither at the current nor the older address.

Do we have to re-apply for a new pr card or use COA tool online ?

3 weeks is very short when compared to the IRCC posted time for new PR cards is 55 days. You might have to wait longer.

@steaky It was in the mailed out more than 3 weeks ago. This mail date was AFTER the processing time days of 55 days etc.

Normally has to be over 6 weeks consider card missing and reapply for a new one.
