Personal net worth - Assets to be transferred later

The personal net worth form requires the applicant to provide information on:

- Funds to accompany
- Assets to be transferred later

If I don't declare the assets to be transferred later in the form (quites a hassle), will the assets be taxable if I do the transferred later?
