Personal History...Please help

Do anyone have any idea about “organisation” word in personal history.

I am very confused about it, as i am not PA, but i was a Director of a private limited company, so do i need to choose employment or organisation in personal history..any help would be much appreciated

I am not mentioned any work history as i am not claiming any point for that.

'Director' as in board of directors or an employee with a 'Director' title? Use organization for the first, but employment is also acceptable. Second one is clearly employment.
