My wife and daughter landed in November 2022 as permanent residents, but they still haven't received their permanent resident cards. I have already emailed the online portal several times, but I have not received any helpful response. I am feeling very frustrated. What should I do?

Getting ur PR card in the mail is usually 2-3 months. If you do not get it in 3 months, it's possible you do not have the correct mailing address on file

Try contacting them. Online shows 35 days average for first PR card. My spouses took about 3 weeks and got it last week. Have you checked your pr portal? It’s not always reliable as spouses photo still says in review. You can also link your pr card application to your gc key and see the status there. I did that and seen it had been mailed.
