Full docs submission in August 2010
In Process in Feb 2012
CAIPS notes say ECU - Pls request following
Medical, PPT, RPRF and Updated proof of funds
(above instruction date is same as In process date)

BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MEDICAL REQUEST SO FAR,

I have just received my CAIPS notes and it says
Paper file sent to: PA BF to M10 on **/06/2012 MICROLOCATOR

After this **/06/2012 there is no other BF date mentioned,
does it really means that my file was not opened on/after above mentioned date

I HUMBLY REQUEST ALL TO KINDLY GIVE YOUR OPINION ON ABOVE MATTER.

Sir,our forum members are out nd out professionals nd knowledgable. They keep track on the changes that are brought into the Candian IMMIGRATION LAWS which are predominatly market- demand based.As we may have observed, the new NOC LIST which was rechristened nd published some time during 2011, still had some NOCS which might have been assumed to catre the prospective market demand. The erstwhile NOC 4131 has been changed to 4021,implying thereby the professionals under the said catagory could well come under the priority list.Similar may be the case of 0213,as well.
Besides, few of my friends nd relatives in CANADA, who are established in the field of education, have also substantiated this fact on the basis of Market- Surveys that Provincial Govts. conducted in the recent past(under the agies of the Federal Govt. )for the formulation of Immigration Policy nd, more so,reduction of the ever increasing cases, pending decision to be taken CIC.
Well,Sir,this my own cojecture nd the eudite forum members may have some better ideas, I SUPPOSE.
All said nd done,my only prayer to Almighty, right now, is to see that ur list of members , still awaiting their MRS,WOULD COME TO NAUGHT, at the earliest.

Yes, the post i refered to was addressed to INSTANT_KARMA on page 2 of this very thread.
Probably,this may make u abreast of what exactly had happened in my case. Wish the similar outcome for my brethern/sisters who are still waiting for their MRS !!!!
I know, how painstaking nd taxing the wait is for all of us.We all have had the bitter tase of it. Therefore,I keep praying in the hearts of my heart for the prejuners ,in particular,who have been on the path of this struggle,extended for more than two long years.We all have to put at abeyance our critical career related decisions during this long wait.
Any ways, let us pray for each other at this crucial moment.
