Sir,

Should we add 2nd AOR date as well as when MR rain will start again , we can feel a bit relaxed seeing our turn coming closer. I guess MRs are being issued on the basis of 2nd AOR, so for the ones who have CAIPS/GCMS clear, its just a matter of time.

My 2nd AOR date is Jan 6, 2011. I sent my docs on Nov 28, 2010.

After Nov 8, guess no body has received MR. Most of them who have received at a later date have been just informed late by their respective consultants....

Is it defined trend that NDVO issues MRs in bulk (for a whole bus) and not in small groups(car, auto rickshaws) or individuals (bicycles)...

This wait is getting impatient considering that people who have applied later has also received medical request. Keeping fingers crossed for a quick turnaround this time (Last medical monsoon was in June and then Nov, that's 5 months ....)

Moreover NDVOs application processing pattern has become so complex, I bet after few months one of us(FSW applicants) will end up making movie like Da Vinci code where every pending applicant is trying to decipher when the MR will come..

I just hope this wait gets over soon...

Everyone soon wants to be part of other thread where the MR process is being discussed...

true, nothing can be predicted with the working of NDVO.
but if you look at the reply they have sent to enquiry on status updates , they say

Applications in the Skilled Worker category are processed in order of receipt. The application is being processed in accordance with its place in the queue, based on the date on which the application and fee payment were received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

thus, i would want to believe that MR is sent out based on the application received date at CIO and if the application is straightforward ( which falls under the avg processing time for about 80% of the applications)
