PCC when I have lived in multiple cities in India

Hi All,
I have a question regarding PCC. I have lived in multiple cities in India over the last 3 years but my passport has the address of my hometown. Will I have to get Police Clearance from all the addresses? Or should I go to the passport office of my current city and get it? Or should I go to my hometown and get it?
Please help

Only one pcc from psk. Usually faster if you get it ftom the city in passport.
