My parents got their Police Clearance Certificate in India on Feb 2021. In Apr 2021, they left India for Canada and never went back till now. They are currently in Canada .
1. Please advise whether I need to do any new PCC for them for India to support their PGP application.
Also, I am receiving all communication from IRCC via mail (not email) but I have already included my email in the PGP application and asked for email communication for any updates. But still, I am receiving physical mail copies on the update which is eating up the time due to postal service delays.
Also, I am not able to track their application via ecase web URL : https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en
--It says no application found, although I have received my AOR and sponsor approval via mail. IRCC is not picking up any calls made neither they are replying to any web form queries.
