Yes you can get it done from local police station , they do it for free.Check with your local police.

I don't know any other consultancy. Actually I was in hurry to get my PCC from CA and I contacted this JK Consultancy and got it done. There're some third graded consultancies too. I don't know the names but I read about those in some thread in this forum. People lost money and time and didn't receive the desired outcome. Actually I have done it through this one and it worked fine. So I suggested you the same.
