I had checked when I submitted and the above page had September 2013 so I thought it had not been changed but just saw the form now and found that it has been changed. No idea when that happened.

Re: Citizenship form changed after submission...problem? Also just realized that though I have submitted copies of my expired as well as current passport I did not send copy of the landing stamp. Will this be an issue?

I just saw that the Citizenship form has been updated since I submitted it. I filled the application on Feb 10th and sent on Feb 11 and the page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/adults.asp still shows September 2013 though the date on application itself is Feb 2014 now(...

So this in itself should be enough to state that bank statements are fine.
