Just take an appointment with your local PSK (Passpor seva kendra) for the PCC.
If your police verification had not done in the previous 6 months, then you will get your PCC within 7 - 8 days max. (Once your local police station sends your records to PSK, it's a matter of one day to get your PCC from PSK)
If your police verification was done anytime within last 6 months, then you will get your PCC on the very same day if your appointment with PSK
