I would like to take an opinion on how to get the PCC(Police clearance certificate) done.
Here is my situation. I have 2 more months to submit the documents. I am in Canada and my spouse's Open work permit is in progress from my home country.
She could be traveling to Canada in a month. So I would have a month to submit the PCC for her.
Could you suggest how to get the PCC for spouse. I could think of 2 options. Any other suggestion is appreciated.
1. Just one day before the travel to Canada, submit the PCC application so that the report date could be after the travel.
2. Come to Canada and apply through BLS. This one might take more than a month, which leaves me to decline the ITA.
