Paying the fees (one vs two)???

I just wondered about everyone's experience with regards to the fee's. Which is better 1 payment or 2? and why?

If someone made the choice of 2 payments, do you know if the second can be made before it is requested?

One payment is better because it doesn't cause any delays.

From what I know, if you pay before getting requested, it causes MORE delays than just paying when they request it. Since they have to actually FIND the file and it the payment with that file and then put it back at the bottom of the pile.

I paid one time avoiding delay..I agree with parker24 will cause more delay.

One payment it is then! Better safe than sorry. It's going to be a long enough process without a confirmation of payment issues, lol.
