Paying RPRF to buffalo, can i use walmart money order?

hi guys,
just want to make sure, can i pay my RPRF
with any kind of money order, like the one issued
by walmart? Because in Visa office buffalo we
have a choice to pay it on USD.
Or do i have to issued one from a major bank, but
the fee is ridiculous!

If they say money order, then you can use any money order (unless they don't restrict it). As far I know they haven't restrict it to any banks. But wait for others to reply.
