PASSPORTS TO CPC-OTTAWA in April 2016

Omg i have the same situation, I sent my passport last Friday though Canada Post xpress, and the status shows reached Ottawa since yesterday, and it has been sitting there.
I went to the closet Canada post office and they suggested that I wait. It's supposed to be express courier, which should take 1-2 days. I wonder what post service other people used.

I will let you know if there is any update at my end.

I just checked the status, and shows "delivered". yous should be the same.

It is quite helpful to know how their po box works.
Actually my tracking status shows "delivered" as of today.
Hope anyone with similar situation find this helpful too.

Canada Post Xpresspost. You are OBLIGED to use it as per PPR instructions anyway. I live near Toronto so signed it in at noon, it went at midnight to missisauga then took it another 12 hours to reach Ottawa delivery point, then reached them by noon next day. That's a standard for Toronto - Ottawa xpresspost.

A remainder: please everyone could you enter your passport process details in the form at my signature, and then see the average for all of us at the sheet?

Is there anyone whose application approval date was April 12,13, or 14 and has a Return tracker active ??

You have asked this questions numerous time and it has been answered above. I have my tracker activated and my application was approved on April12. I will receive the package tomorrow before 12 noon EST. As of now the turn around time is 2-3 weeks. If your tracker is not activated 3 weeks after your approval, send an email to CIC, I have written a detailed post on it above with a sample.

Relax, your application has been approved and you will soon get your PP and CoPR back.

Passport received by IRCC - April 11
Application closed and approved - April 20
Canada post tracker not activated yet.

Received the package from Ottawa with the Passport, Visa, COPR and the instructions.

Now on to the final stage of landing, which I anticipate on May 4.

Guys, just to confirm something here: once we get out PP’s back, we are planning to go to USA for a couple days (making a trip out of this whole process), then coming back to Canada for the landing. Considering that we have all the required visas, this is allowed right?

I know is sounds like a stupid questions, but I don’t want to take any risks =)

Yes, there is absolutely no problem. Just make sure that on your return if you shop you have all the receipts of them. Apart from that there is no issue.
