Hi guys,

I am submitting my citizenship application this month. As stated in cic website, the eligibility period is 5 years before the application date. in my case it would be from Feb 2014.
My current valid passport was issued May *2014* and I landed in Canada in Feb *2015* ..
- Do I still need to give details about my previous passport for the three months from feb 2014 to May 2014 even though I landed in 2015?
- If yes, do I need to translate this expired passport and all stamps on it?

Thanks in advance

Yes, you do need to provide all passports you held during the 5 year period.

The application instructions only say send copies of biographical pages of the passport (those are the pages with your picture, passport number, DOB etc), it does not ask you to send stamps. So, at this point, you need to send copies of all of the biographical pages of all passports you held in the past 5 years. If these are not in English or French, then they need to be translated by a certified translator.
