Passport to CPC Ottawa - May 2017

Hi everyone,

Is anyone whose passport was delivered to Ottawa in last week still waiting for their application to be approved?
My passport was delivered to Ottawa on 10th May, but in MyCIC the status still: "application is in progress."

Tracker has not been activated yet.

Think they all do it in batches. So I guess need to be patient

Mine was delivered to Ottawa May 12th as well. Not approved on mycic yet. Spoke to CIC agent earlier today and got to know my PP details were not entered on system yet.

How long does it take for the return tracker to get activated after status change to approved?

My passport was received in Ottawa on 9th and approved on the 15th, Tracker enabled 16th, i believe i should receive it today or tomorrow. I will say you should have some patience...you will get it.

Passport sent 8th
Passport received by CIC Ottawa 9th
PR approval in My CIC 15th May (email notification 16th May)
Tracker activated 16th May
Passport received back 17th May

So I just called CIC and they said they don't see any information about receipt of copy of the passport entered in the system
Tracker says it was received on May 12. Crap, I'm losing provincial health.

Anyone see any progress guys? I am on top of this because this is extremely time sensitive to me. I have been waiting for this since August 2015.

I got a response to my email this morning mentioning that the passport is received and they will return it shortly. It was just a generic response though. My timelines are as follows:

PPR - May 10th
Passport mailed from US - May 11th
Passport delivered - May 12th

Any words of wisdom for me?

I am having similar timeline, except I sent it from CANADA. to which email id you sent the mail ?
