Passport submission to Visa Issuance time for Buffalo

I started to worry about me not being able to land as a walk in...
I am going to try to call CIC call centre first thing in the morning on Monday.
I really hope they don't make us wait. We have waited long enough!

Did you pay your RPRF while you submitted your application at Buffalo or did you pay after you got your PPR email? I sent it after I got my PPR email along with passport. I do not know for sure this will delay the stamping process or not.

I sent my RPRF after my PPR email. It shouldn't delay as the website says we don't have to pay until we are approved. I checked it few days ago with bank branch and my draft wasn't cashed yet.. and I saw 'decision made' on E-cas, so there are possibilities that my bank draft isnt cashed yet. I heard it happened to few people.

Ecase status has been changed to "Decision Made". I hope the return envelop will catch the Friday mail delivery.

Got Passport back Thursday (Australia day No less woohoo) Landed at Peace Arch friday (27th) saturday will be my first day working without having a work permit so happy the wait is finally over.... good luck to all still waiting ( I waited 2 years from start to finish) it will happen soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

does this 100% guraante study visa and how many days they will take to send you your passport back?

i send my passport on 20th of april through fedex pre-paid two ways and they recived it on 23rd of april? but still i do not get reply from them and also in the tracking it does not show anything expect delieverd on 23rd of march? how many working days they need to process study visa issue?

I submitted my passport to Fort Erie on May 8th, delivery was successful on May 10th.
May 22nd, status changed to "Decision Made".
After that nothing and cannot track my return envelop

Any thought?

I'm swimming in similar waters. My DM status changed on May 18th, still waiting for passport return. Called CIC twice. The first agent told me everything, including passports, has been transferred to CPP-O. The other agent told me ask the Buffalo Office directly. I did a few days ago, no response from them... Frustrating.
