Passport submission for PR Stamping

Dears,

I have a concern I am an Indian, and applied for FSW from Indian, now I received request for Passport submission but I am currently employed in Saudi arabia and my family is located in india.
So seeking kind advise on below matters.
1. Can I submit my passport in Saudi Arabia VFS and my children can submit their in India. (Being strict rules in Saudi I cannot stay back without Passport)
2. OR All family members can submit in Saudi Arabia VFS (considered children are minors (Less than 3 yrs old)
3. Time taken for receipt of PP upon submission for visa stamping.
4. Once visa stamped what is the duration of time provided for travelling to Cannada.

I have travelled back to India for passport submission thro VFS India. PR visa is valid up to one year from medicals. Generally Stamping takes around one month thro VFS.

Just adding to my query, can i submit the documents through VFS located in SAUDI ARABIA.

If you are still active here,, can you reply what solution you adopted? I am also in same situation. I am in Sadui and family in India.
