my status is showing passport dispatched since yesterday but niether i got my passport nor any mail

We applied on 23rd July and current status is passport dispatched and waiting for the passport ..... no e-mail received !!!

Hello folks... what does the following means:

my status changed to .....
"Passport has been dispatched through Courier via Airway Bill #:. You can track your passport Status by visiting the website: www.bluedart.com.
Note: The airway bill no. will be updated on the website by the next working day from the dispatch date of your passport.Incase of Hold Passport Request: Your Passport has been held on Request at Delhi OC."

I didnt get any e-mail as whether my application was rejected or accepted .... whats expected in general ... did you guys receive any e-mail or you just waited until you got your passport in hand? is "no e-mail" an indication of rejection? please suggest ... i am nervous .... thanks !!

what reason did they give for rejection?

i failed in my bcom exam because of medical condition that must be the reason . i was suffering through typhoid at the time of my exams . i applied under spp for diploma in marketing my 12th % is 59% ielts was 6.5 r-7,s-6.5,w-5.5,l-7.5 now i will clear my exams and then reapply in general . should i reapply wht do you all think?
