Dear all,

I have two questions please:

1. Do I just need to scan the main pages of the passport (i.e. the photo/signature pages) or do I need to scan all pages of the passport? All pages will obviously be a big file.

2. Do I need to scan just the current passport or old passports too?

Many thanks

You just need to scan the bio data pages of all the passports (both current and old) in addition to the pages with stamps.

Yes pages with travel stamps must be included. There should also be one biodata page scan per passport. Have you tried scanning your pages at the 150-200 dpi range? If this still doesn't help you may need to write a letter of explanation documenting some of your travels.

Thanks, I'll try this and see what size I end up with. Just to clarify, even 20 year old passports or just the last expired one or all in the last 10 years? Thanks.

All the ones only within the last 10 years.

You guys sent your passport pages in which format? And did you merge the files or sent a bunch separate?

PDF is way too heavy for their 5MB limit,
but Jpeg not only gets a bit blurry but if you merge the passport pages it becomes a weird long strip, not even sure if you can print that into physical paper.
