Hi,

I have more than 8 years of work experience mostly in one NOC code.

I left my last job to join my husband in his company and started working on a part time basis (not paid) for a few months and then on full time basis (paid) since about two years...

I have salary transfers and my income tax filed for all my income.(last financial year)

My queries is as below,

1) Should I show the part time experience and full time experience for the same company as two different or all the documents in file and in the same entry?

2) Part time work payouts are not paid. No pay slips for those few months..

3) I have the Income tax returns for the last financial year and latest salary slips, will these do?

4) The payouts have happened from my husband's account to my personal account just as all other employees have got since he is the proprietor would that be an issue? (this particular bank account is now a joint account with my name on it)

5) I have a reference letter, appointment letter & offer letter for the full time work period, and latest salary slips (planning to attach latest 3 months), tax statement for the last financial year (full time work)- Would this suffice to support my employment?

In my husband's work experience, the same company is listed as a proprietor, his tax statements, the company registration is attached.

Please let me know your thoughts on the above...

Hi,

I am currently in the same situation - what did you end up doing? Did you put them together in one or declared them separately?

Thanks.
