Hi Everyone!

i just want to know if you include your part time jobs while studying full time here in canada in your Personal History? Or is it clear that our main activity that time is a full time student and we dont need to mention part time jobs?

No, just straight up application, from my OINP to Federal PR application. There's no need to explain anything about the personal history section, IMHO. I included my part time because I was thinking back then my SP allowed me to work part time. So, why not include my part time jobs since I did work during my student days?

Overall, I think it doesn't matter if you include the part time jobs or not. Other posters got PR even when they did not include their part times in their personal history. While some, like me, got PR and we included part times in our personal history.

Include them if you want to be on the safe side. After all, personal history is just that, personal. It is an explanation in itself on what has been happening in your life. Just my opinion, though.

Agree. Most of my friends did not include them and we are all fine. I don't think part-time jobs in Canada while on a study permit is an important thing. They (IRCC) all know we all needed to work during school lol, if not, how could we afford stuff? = )

If yes, where to add it in OINP because I don't want to claim points for this experience.
