Can this be considered COPR? Passport Request?

Why am I not receiving attachments on their emails? I get attachments all the time...

Is the person sending the email just messing up my emails? I emailed them back asking for the document...hopefully soon.

EDIT: Just received the Pdf :D

Congrats noirio_dz on passport request! I am glad that they replied quickly with the pdf as well!!!

Passport request is not considered COPR. COPR is the paper you will receive when they return your passport to you with the visa stamp. It is the next and final step.

Congrats again!

Whaaaat?!?! Missmo please before I die of heart attack mix with jalousie could you please tell us how you were informed about your CORP
Did you received it by letter or e-mail? Did your e-cas status ever changed in "decision made"?
I am desesperate. I was expecting to received mine at the same time as you but nothing...maybe the mix up they did with my adresses and my husband ones will delay it for a week or two...ARRRGH! I am going to dig my hole...maybe just with a tea spoon so it will give me some time to receive some good news!!! ;)
Vera16 I can only imagine your frustration and I wish there was something I could do to make the process go faster for you.

Maybe the reason they are taking a little longer to process your application is because you have accompanying dependants on your application not just one person? So they have to do more work?

I have faith it will come and you will be able to settle in and have your kids start school in Canada in September.

Would you please share with us what are they asking for to issue the visa?
Do they want you to email the passport or to go to the embassy ?

Ryit : You are right. It is not just about my husband but his 15 years old son. So I guess they are verifiying that everything is OK for him to follow his father in Canada . We asked for a letter from a judge that did received his son and later wrote she agrees. She gave him full custody and his son has to come back in France to spend the summer with his mother. We send the letter in Paris as soon as they received the application from Mississauga. Currently his son lives with us since 2 years and sees his mother every other week end. For now they didn't ask anything about it, so I hope we did the right things.
Plus there is the mix and match of adresses they did. I answered right away to they request but I wouldn't be surprised if it makes us loose a week or two :-[
Anyway what ever it is not too much I can do...we are still on time for school so lets be optimistic!

Why don't you try sending them an inqury :) just kidding :p

We are all in the same boat. Wishing that our partner will be with us yesterday not today.
All what we have is to wait and wait and appreciate the fact that Paris VO is still one of the best offices in processing visas.

We will all celebrate our partners very sooooon

Keep calm and keep smiling

just noticed my E-Cas says Decision Made. I don't know since when...

updated the file.

Passport was sent to Algiers this morning for Visa issuance and COPR.

I will let you know when we get it back so we can book the plane ticket! :D
