Application 2007 in December
2011 November document requested
March 2012 medical done and now passport submission in September
It is from CPP Ottawa

Update on my parent's case. ECAS shows "Decision Made" today. Here is what comes once we click on Decision Made

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 15, 2008.


We started processing your application on June 22, 2012.


Medical results have been received.


A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

Congratulations Singh Bhaji!!!! I was just wondering yesterday about your case but for some reason stopped before asking you about it on the forum. Was trying to make sense why your case was taking a bit longer but then thought about giving you another week or two.

Do they mean
1) File is already with officer and is reviewing it
2) File is yet to be passed on the officer

That is the response I got when I made the case specific enquiry. When I made the MP enquiry they said, "third-parties" do background checks and background checks are still going on..
