I checked with my father UCI and it showed residence address, although are mailing was different. Now ecas shows nothing

I also ordered caipsnotes, waiting since 23rd April, all it says "File Due Any Day"

i just want to know that which courier u guys used to send documents to cic as to get signature from the reciever and do u guys send to which addresss can u guys please write the addresss too which courier is best canada post office, dhl ,fedex, or any other one i appreciate if u guys reply

I am sailing in the same boat as you. I applied for my parents in Nov.2009. The application was recieved by CIC on 30 Nov., so missed the previous boat. Hopefully the next batch will start soon....

my e-cas went through same changes as yours: first it was c/o (care of) and then my name but now c/o disappeared. Honestly, i don't think it means anything. They probably update and improve the system per se but it has nothing to do with our cases.

Yes, I sure know not to infer too much from this...I guess it is just all that waiting and hoping to see some changes or a sign of progress - noticing every little thing

Send it to P.O.BOX 3000, Station A, Mississauge ON, L5A 4N6 as this is the address CIC mentioned in the documents to be delivered.
I used "Canada xpress post" by this at-least you can get the "delivered" status.

Did the courers advised you they don't get signature for P.O Box? I suggest you check with them if you have not already done so.

Here is my experience
I sent my "addational information documents" via Canada Express/Registered service to P.O.BOX 3000, Station A, Mississauge ON, L5A 4N6, it took 2 days and I was able to track it online and found a signature for it. I did confirm with the Canada Post Clerk before sending it that they will receive signature although its a P.O #.

For example I applied for parents sponsorship in May 2008 file was transferred to Singapore in June 2012, so is it 45 months from June 2012 or 45 months from May 2008. Can anyone confirm?

i think it's for Local Visa office only... because for some offices it's less than the time we've been already waiting: Warsaw - Poland - 16 months, Havana - Cuba - 6 months, etc

and cic web site says:

Yes Shuga is correct. It is LVO only. So far I know Singapore is issuing visa for late 2006 applicant who's file was transfer to singapore in early 2008. As per Sponsorourparents projection the current speed and quota is worst and really frustrating.
