We are applicant of july 2010. Our medical complited by july 2015.our ecase shows medical received and decision made by 30th july 2015. Still today no ppr from Singapore visa office. What we can do ? Please advice .

Usually for how long they hold the passports? I send our passports on 30th DEC and they were received on 31st DEC. First working day was 4th of JAN 2016 I believe and today it's 8th of JAN 2016 but no new from them. When should I expect to get them back?

P.S. Office is CPC-Ottawa.

Super visa is a visitor visa.

you need to fill the visitor visa application which can be done online or a paper format.

Passport sent: 19th Nov 2015
Passport received: 23rd November 2015.
Passport with Visa & COPR (myself in Canada): 8th Jan 2015.
Parents with 2 dependent in Pakistan got there passport back on 19th DEC 2015.

I have a question regarding COPR original date of entry in my case they put the wrong date as 2013 Dec but first entry in Canada was Aug 2011.
I'm aware that previous time spent as a resident without PR wont be counted for citizenship under the new law but current government have promised to change that (lets see how much time that takes).
How should i change my original date can i do that at the border while landing?

My sibling sponsored me and our parent. We are already in CA on temporary resident visas. So now we will be visiting the nearest border to change are landing status. What documents do we have to bring there other than our passports and COPRs? Thanks.

Don't need to worry about old dates, CIC system has all information, it is not a concern. They will check it all when you apply citizenship later anyway. If you want, it can be corrected by immigration officer at the border when you land. I wouldn't worry about it.

For landing, just need COPR, Passports.
Oh and bring some money(loose change), you may be asked to go over to USA side (get an administrative refusal from them, and bring that paper back to CBSA and then process your landing. It won't affect your USA Visas now or in future, it's just adminstrative to show you left Canada and re-entered). It happened to me when we did ours at rainbow bridge at niagara falls (had to walk on bridge to usa and back, so dress accordingly and you need to enter like 75 cents or something as toll charge for bridge per person).

Ofcourse, write your address/phone number for immigration officer so they can mail the PR Cards to that address. Makes it easier if you write it on a paper for them, or show them a driver's license or something, upto you.

I m sending MP enquiry for the first time. My area MP sent me a form to complete. One of the question on form is "name of office where application is submitted"? Should I say cic ottawa or new Delhi. The file is currently transferred to new Delhi visa office.

Hi,

I want to share good news. Today, I got email from SVO that you are required to undergo medical (sent to you in a separate email). Original good conduct certificate (or certificate of no criminal record) for each family member 18 years of age or older, You are also required to submit additional documents such as imm0008ENU 2D, imm5406E and imm5669E but these form we have submitted in 2014, Oct.

So my question is that can we send all the additional doc forms and police certificate in one envelop?
