Received passport request from London (original visa office is ISB).

Have few questions now:

1. They have asked to fill Updated Information Chart. please confirm that this only needs to be filled for principal applicant?
2. London VO have asked to submit passport in ISB. Anybody know if visa will be stamped in ISB or London. And also, what is the turn around time for passport?
3. Can one of the dependent land at later date after principal applicant have landed. Also, lets say after principal applicant has landed and have returned back and is not in Canada, in this situation can dependent land after but principal applicant is not in Canada? Do dependent coming at later date have to accompany principal applicant.

Any help on these will be of great help.

You're very welcome. They sent it to address in Canada and our parent home country is Cambodia. So how about ur parents home country? and Which the lab did ur sister do DNA? we are almost 3 months when we done DNA in Canada.

Our home country is Vietnam and my sis did dna testing at Accu - Metrics Viaguard in Toronto. It has been 1 mon and half since my sis did her dna in canada. We r waiting for sing vo to schedule dna appointment in vietnam. What a long wait !!

Its maximum 77 months but if everything is right all doc are complete and cic got no doubts on ur file
it can take 6 months.
my parents file got transferred in june
they have done medical and DNA n now waiting for next step ....
so basically it all on visa officer and ur luck and complete file

My ecas got updated to: "we sent you a letter on 15-09-2015" but i am still waiting for a letter to be delivered.
1-What is the date on your letter and when did you get it delivered?
2-Did they send it to your canadian address?
3-Did your ecas had any update like mine?
I am so worried. Have no idea what that letter is about. Before this letter they always sent me emails.

Any help on these will be of great help.

1. yes PA needs to fill it, just follow the instructions. [They don't need anything from sponsor]
2. Pakistani passports IN Pakistan are always issued visas within Pakistan - @ CHC-Islamabad.
3. PA must land first, dependent can accompany, or land later(but before visa expiry). Best to land ASAP and complete the process in my opinion.
4. OHIP Registration can be done anytime after landing, however it starts after 90 days. Get private insurance to cover 90-day period for emergencies. Check the OHIP document list (on serviceontario website) for details. You can apply the "ontario photo card" and when that card arrives in mail it can be used as "proof of address" instead of things like bank statement, etc. (We did that for my parents and dependents.)

-Order GCMS notes ASAP (if not already done so).
-Get your local MP involved and inquire about that letter they sent.
-Send email or fax inquiry, mention about lack of correspondence, and request update and re-sending of any correspondence.
-Be active, don't sit idle.

Thanks for your advice.
I have emailed them twice. Once through case specific enquiry and second by replying to an email i got from Lvo with the initials of the officer.
I emailed my local mp just today. Called cic but they say that they cant access my file as it is not in canada.
Now the only thing left is gcms notes. :

1- yes, one form filled by principle applicant in which he/she filled spouse,dependent child(accompanying family member) info height eye color passport expiry date ...
2- they must hav mentioned in email about vfsglobal. vfsglobal is responsible for passport transmission. vfs contains 3 office (CVAC-canadian visa application centre) in pakistan islamabad,karachi,lahore.
if u r residing in karachi, u can submit ur passports n appendix A,B,corressponding letter to karachi VAC branch,and pay fee there.they give u recepit having tracking id. ur passport will b delivered to islamabad and dispatched within 2-3 days, we got our passports back within 5 days..from karachi vac.
3- dependents must land with principal applicant. not later not before. to avoid any complications, dependent has to land wd principal applicant.

Our lvo is Singapore.and after medical received ecas changed
to DM within 15 fifteen days. But no ppr still today.

dont worry abt it. it's not necessary tht ecas showing medical received.
we have received our PR visa and DM status but no point of "medical received" showing in ecas yet.
