Hello every one,

Today I got an email form CIC regarding to my parents application.
They rejected my sister file as a dependent child because she was over 22 at the time that I applied and she didn't have continuous education from BS to Master.
Then same time I got another email for my parents requesting Medical/Police certificate and landing fee.
and here is my timeline

Category..............: FAM
App. Filed.............: March10,2010
Doc's Request.......: Oct 30, 2013
File Transfer.........: March31,2014 to Ankara
Med's Request......: Jan29, 2015

HI The same case is going on with me now, My elder brother was over 22 at the time of application filed but in NOV they have asked for additional docs for my brother and we have fulfilled the same as requested but since then no reply from them,

have u got any similar docs request for ur sis?

And how much time they took to revert u back with this mail?

n have u previously done with ur MED & PCC or this is the first time that u guys r getting the same request?

plz ans me because this is really going hard for us to wait ths much

ur repl will b deeply appriciated

After file transferred to Ankara in March 2014, I didn't hear from them up to yesterday that I got all 4 emails together.

With regards to CIC's request for police certificate, did they require since your parent's age 18 or just the last 10 years?

Police certificate for any country where you have lived for at least 6 months since 18 years old

welcome. you will see on the other thread for 2010 parents that many members are waiting for AOR and sponsorship approval after sending documents in Sept-Oct 2014.

Hi MNZ, I have similar timeline (see my profile). I submitted addl docs on Oct 14 and got AOR on January 30. I'm guessing yours is coming soon too!

Hi All

I need help for the parents(who currently reside in Pakistan) sponsorship application. Here is my timeline

Application Sent Oct 2009
Additional Documents/PR application requested in 2013
File Transferred to London High Commission on March 19th, 2014

Since then me or my parents have not heard anything from London HC. No requests for medical yet. Any idea on the timeline. How long does it normally take once file transferred

Any help is highly appreciated.
