Can anyone help me answer this question please? Thank you

My parents got COPR in Nov 2020, and the visa is valid till Feb 2021, my parents are not comfortable travelling right now because of COVID-19. Any suggestions are welcome
Congratulations! Which visa office was their application?

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking at the online application status of my parents and I see that the medical status has changed from 'Passed' to 'You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.'.
The medical status had changed to Passed last month (after 1 full year of medical requests and tests done) and I was so happy. But now all of a sudden its back to the initial status. :(

Can someone guide me here as to what might be happening?

Thanks

Good morning all!
So last week I noticed a ghost update in my GC account;
Next day I messaged London VO, today I got a response.
"Dear Applicant,
There has been no change to your application in the last few weeks/months. Our office will be in touch when there is an update to your file"

:(

It happens when your ME expired. Do you know what your exact ME passed date?

You can order GCMS notes to check. Normally GU means something happens behind.

My father is primary applicant and his medicals just passed last month , my mom is dependent and her medicals was completed november last year though but the status changed in online application all together last month only (since they never showed anything under my mothers name)

Do you think your mom's medical is expired? How long are medicals generally valid for? Since your mom is dependents I think they should both have valid medicals before getting PR. I am not sure if hers is valid for one year or two years?

If you have linked PR application, your dad's biometric number and validity will show up in myCIC.
No need to do anything for biometric after attending collection center.
do I need to be a representative to link my parents pr application? I got the sponsorship approval and paid the rprf fees.
