I've just arrived in Canada in 2018, can I use my foreign income to meet the income requirements for parents sponsorship in 2019? Or do I have to be working in Canada first for 3 years?
If so, is there a way to bring them here before that and get them medical coverage in that time they are not PRs yet? (MSP or otherwise)
I know there is the Super Visa option, but that does not give them MSP, right?
Is there something else that will? Or any option to cover medical expenses for them with some private insurance?

I got it directly from CIC account. I guess once you link your papers through CIC account, you will not received any email anymore. Only an email notification that you have message in your CIC Account and from there you can download the letter request. Although, it says in a letter "respond through this email" you have to upload the PPC through CIC account.
Hi, buddy, if you don't mind how long it took to show MEDICAL RECEIVED at ECAS after you submitted thru CIC?

Dear @bugsnette ,thanks for the response ..just wanted to be clear weather one gets email notification for the message or need to keep checking the mycic account. Is there any chance that it's only in my cic account without any email notification.
You should receive notification without failure. But if you wanna 200% sure. You may check out your CIC whenever you have spare time.

Hi, @YULIA-2016 my visa office is "Ottawa" and currently the status is BC in progress. Please update lin#47 in the 2018 tab of the spreadsheet. Thanks. PS: I wonder how long the background check takes, do any of you know? Waiting for PPR.
