Parent Sponsorship | Minimum Necessary Income Question

Folks,

A simple quick question!

Myself ( Sponsor) and my wife (Co-Signer) for my parent sponsorship application( 2017)

When calculating Minimum Necessary Income

Sponsor Income + Co-Signer Income = LICO + 30% each year ? Is this how the rule works ?

Appreciate any help on this!

Yes, LICO depends on the family size (including sponsor and co-sponsor) and varies every year.
