Can we use this when putting together our package? We have decided to do the following;

3 folders.
1st one - OWP application with supporting documents, document checklist paper-clipped to the front of folder

2nd one - PR forms, document checklist paper-clipped to front of folder, bar code pages will be first when you open the folder, followed by PR forms

3rd one - all of our supporting documents with post it notes on some, to explain further as to what they are, don't want to write on the documents themselves

When we assemble, it will look like this;

Cover Letter (explaining the folders and their contents)
OWP Folder
PR form folder
Supporting documents folder

Does this seem acceptable? Are post-it notes and folders allowed?

  • Don’t use staples, binders, plastic sleeves, folders or albums to submit your application. Elastic banads for photos or paper clips are acceptable.
Post-its and paper clips are ok. Folder is not advisable, use envelopes instead.

Ah, for some reason I thought folders wasn't on the list of "common mistakes". Perfect, thanks for the help!

Does the assembly look okay? (the order that we are doing, etc)
Also, do all bar code pages go together?

I would follow the order of the checklist.. You didn't say if you were or not.

Also little tip I picked up on here.. Put your photos in A4 envelopes where they fall by checklist order and label the envelope what they (PA photos or 20 relationship photos) Leaving them loose or in small envelope seems to cause some problems as the VO might miss them.
