Panel physician in Arizona, USA

Hello All,

I live in Phoenix, AZ and received my ITA on 12th July. When I contacted our local panel physician Kim David Johnson in AZ, he said he is no longer doing these exams. The website http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx is still showing his name only. Is anyone facing the same problem. How to get my physical exam done.

hi, Did you get your medical done in Phoenix? How was your experience? Have read some really bad reviews for that only panel physician in Phoenix and he is charging 550 + 60 for each person.
