Would like to know regarding procedure in applying OWP and/or PR. I will complete my 2-yr LCP contract in a couple of months and want to know the next step. Definitely will apply for PR, but I dont know how to get an OWP. Where can I get the application for OWP? Is the PR application and OWP application one and the same? Or there are another sets of OWP application. How much is the OWP application?
Reading this forum and other threads seems that the waiting time for OWP and PR is almost a year. What will I do within that timeline? Should I stay with my present employer? Can I move out of my employer's house and apply in other jobs? Or will I still continue the Program until I receive my OWP/PR? What will arrive first, OWP or PR? What status am I in that 'moment'?
