Outland sponsorship forms

I have a few questions about which forms my wife and I need to fill out. I am Canadian and she is Mexican. We have no kids. Does she have to fill out the IMM0008 additional dependants form? I think there are no dependants only the 2 of us. Also the IMM5406 about additional family members. Is it necessary to fill out since only she is applying for the PR? I assume since we are married that we don't fill out the IMM5409 common law form. Is that correct? Last question is do we need to fill out the IMM5476 form for using a representative form? I will need to help her with the froms because of the language(her first language is Spanish). Any ideas? Thanks

IMM0008 additional dependents form - not required
IMM5406 additional family members - required. She will list you as spouse, her parents, brothers, sisters.
MM5409 common law form - not required.
MM5476 representative form - not required but you can complete and put your name in there so CIC will communicate with you by sending you any requests etc.
