Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum

I married my wife this year on January 28th 2016, had our honeymoon the next day in Singapore. Spent rest of New Year with her till past Valentines Day

Submitted my application on April 2016

Went back and took her on vacation to Thailand and Malaysia in August 2016, had pics but I held onto it for just incase.

Received a call in October 26th 2016 to pay for her Landing Fee $490(Visa) because she didn't need interview, I also mailed the receipt and paperwork to Ontario by express(They Received it by Signature)

She received our proof package from Singapore in October 30th 2016.

Now waiting to get the Visa part done

My question now is how long does it usually take for the Visa part to finally get stamped into her passport?

Alright she got a call for her passport request and was sent in on Monday of Nov 21st. Waiting game starts now, will update when she gets her passport back with the Visa.

We got the PPR yesterday and submitted passport today in HCMC. We were told 4-5 weeks for normal delivery and 2-3 weeks for "urgent" (meaning the medical is about to expire soon) delivery.

Nice good luck on yours! My wife was also told by them that it will take 4+ weeks

As of last week on Tuesday my wife received her Visa(it took only 2 weeks for her to receive Visa after Passport Request), she now has landed last night in Vancouver when the snow was coming down. Want to thanks this forum with great information, it helped a lot with our application.

After spending 11 months in Vietnam I flew back to Canada couple weeks ago. A week after returning to Canada my wife receives a request to do her medical.

And now she has a request to submit her passport. Almost 15 months wait and it's finally going to be over.

I'll be flying back to Vietnam soon to take her and our 2 kids to Canada. I'm looking to book middle July.

Think she should have her passport before than and my 2 month old son needs to get his Vietnam and Canada passport done as well. I think those will be done by end of June.
