Other Relative - Medical exam passed twice

Hello folks,
So I haven't heard from IRCC in like 1.5 years but I recently got an update that says you passed the medical exam on July 24, 2023. This is the second time that I pass my medical exam without retaking it. Do you think this is a good sign and that I'm hopefully close to get my PR?

Medical exam passed 1 time: October, 2021
Background check: Non applicable (sometime in 2022)
Medical exam passed 2 time July, 2023

Hey I had the same. Honestly I just think they don’t want to get any problems because of the delays in the administration. But I am very surprised to see you’ve applied in 2021 and still have no news. Are you in Quebec ?

Remember a medical is valid for 1 year maximum from date of approval so it make sense.

I'm from Quebec but it doesn't relate to the current situation. I'm just saying this as it wouldn't be the first time I read about extending medical (usually happen if you are near the end of the line).
