Orignal letter of acceptence to attach with the visa application?

1- Do we need to submit the Orignal letter of acceptence with the Application package?

2- WHen someone submit application to the Embassy... Do they give you any Acknowledgement in return?? like any file no or any serial number or tracking no??

2.Normally in Pak its send through courier they give you parcel tracking no. when your application reach embassy you can mail embassy and ask about your status and file no

You have to submit the Original Letter of Acceptance with the Visa Application.

Try Gerry's (FedEx) to send your visa application to the Embassy. I think you cannot submit it directly. It has to be through a courier and I think Visatronix (TCS) and Gerry's (FedEx) deal with that. Once you have submitted the application, they will send you the status sms on your mobile on occasions such as:

1. When the file reaches the Embassy.
2. When the embassy sends you a medical call.
3. When you submit your papers after medical and they send it to the Embassy.
4. When you need to come and collect your documents after the Visa has been issued.
