Original Document after Refusal - URGENT ----- PMM

Hi PMM

Our case was refused last year in July-2012, After that we send the reconsideration letter. It is about a year now, We have not received the original documents, this is family case for 3 persons educational documents.

Can you please tell if they are reconsidering thats why we did not get the document? or should we ask them, the Ecase also stop showing status last week, it was showing Decision Made

Order your GCMS notes, I assume that if it was a spousal/parents case, that you got the refusal and appeal information. If you didn't appeal, but just contacted the Visa office, then you application is probably finished.
