My spouse recently got her skilled worker permit visa to work in Quebec. I'm planning to apply for spousal open work permit to travel and work along with her in Quebec.
Do I nee to submit CSQ along with my visa application? I read in Quebec immigration site that it is not required for dependent visa application, is it true?
