Hi! I would like to find some information on how does spouses of international student could obtain an open work permit. This inquiry is for my cousin who just got his Student Permit but did not include his wife on his application for study permit but he did added her as his wife. She is from Philippines and is presently working in Dubai. So our questions are:
1. Could she apply ONLINE?
2. If not..Would it be easier for her to apply in Philippines or in Dubai?
3. Does she need proof of funds for her application?
4. Would anyone help us by sending us a link on how to get started?
