Open work permit for spouse

Hi

I would like to know that what are the documents required for open work permit in Canada.

If study permit is going to finish in 4-5 months then is there any chance for rejection of open permit spouse visa.

As i am an international student, please assist how does it work?

Your spouse should be able to apply for an open work permit, however, note that the current processing time for the permit is around 16 weeks, so it may be a waste of time if you only have 4-5 months left on your study permit.

They will reject your spouse if your study permit expires sooner than in 6 months. Happened to me.
