The OP6 document explaining procedure to process FSW applications at VOs has been updated to reflect changes in MIs after June 26 2010. Key updates are:

Section 7.3 – Updated the note in this section on assessing Temporary Foreign Worker or
International Student applications against the Ministerial Instructions.
Section 11.4 – Moved reference to the requirement that language test results be no older than one
year at the time of application to this section from section 11.6.
Section 11.5 – Updated the note regarding acceptable language testing results to clarify that, for
the IELTS reading and writing tests, only the results of the “General Training” tests are accepted
for CIC purposes and updated the reference to the organization responsible for administering the
CELPIP.
