JOB TITLE DOES NOT MATTER AS LONG AS YOUR EMPLOYER CAN PROVE THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND A PR/CITIZEN FOR THIS JOB AND THEY HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO HIRE U.

ALSO IT NEEDS TO BE IN NOC 0,A OR B.

Today I got a letter from OINP that duties I have outlined in my job offer for the position of Shipping Co-ordinator do not match the lead statement or functions under NOC code 1215. They gave me 30 days to send supporting documents!
What kind of documents do I need to submit?Huh?

YOUR JOB DUTIES HAVE TO MATCH WITH THESE LINK:

ALSO SEND THEM UR JOB OFFER LETTER, JOB REFERENCE LETTER/EMPLOYMENT LETTER AND PAY STUBS.
U CAN ALSO SEND AN EMAIL TO HRSDC TO VERIFY IF U CHOSE THE RIGHT NOC, PRINT AND SENT THAT EMAIL TOO.

Hi,
OINP international student with job offer
Here goes my timeline:

Graduated : 20 June 2014
Employer Pre screen : Oct 2015
Pre screen approved : 30 May 2016
Nominee application submitted : 9 June 2016

So when can we I expect a nomination from Ontario. DO they do it within 3 months as the pre screen process which looks to take more time has been approved??????????

Hello They are working slower than normal time, 3 months is timeline from them which they do not follow. If you are lucky you will get it in 3 months.

My employer pre-screen application was approved recently. I am submitting my documents for nomination next Monday.

How long does CIC take to approve nomination?
How long does CIC take to issue PR after approving nomination?

Yes. It is under international student with job offer. I did submit my docs on june 9....

I submitted my documents to my consultant last Friday. They will mail them to OINP by Wednesday.

Well i think once they receive the package you should get your aor after a week under this stream. Me n my colleague applied on the same day and received aor same day.
